Contact a Txp center: Living organ donation of a kidney or a portion of the liver or lung is a very big deal. It requires a major process of evaluation and education as well as a great deal of careful thought on your part. If you are really interested, the best thing to do is to go to unos.Org and look up the nearest transplant center to call and ask your questions. Thank you for your interest and good luck.
