Is there a good way to decrease organ donation shortages?

Many options: There are multiple options to increase donation numbers. Improving access to information for people or families in order for them to be confident with the decision to donate is one way. Presumed consent (you are considered a donor unless you make a formal statement that you do not want to be) is another. Education is the key to promoting donation.
