Shoulder stabilizati: It is a method of tightening the shoulder to prevent dislocations in patients that have "multidirectional instability". The interval closure can artificially prevent the shoulder from pulling downward while the plication can tighten the shoulder from front and back motion. There are many different methods we employ during arthroscopy, and each is tailored to your individual situation!
