See specialist: An allergist may help you with this. The first thing is to determine the true cause of your eye symptoms. Sometimes people with dry eyes will respond by having watery eyes. Those with allergies will have dry eyes because they have been using medications to treat their allergies. An allergist after determine cause can help focus your treatment plan.
