What is skin grafting?

Transplant your skin: A skin graft is used to cover a burn or large wound where all of the layers of skin have been lost. It is taken from one area of the body to cover the defect. It can be partial thickness (the donor site will grow back) or full thickness (donor site needs to be closed).
