my body holds stool, so about once a week (or 2) i give myself an enema after a movement. the problem is that it takes several hours for it to be done?

Seek help: Encopresis/chronic constipation may indicate an underlying colonic problem that needs evaluation and may be treatable with dietary changes, increased fiber and fluids, stool softeners, scheduling evacuation times, etc..
