I had surgery last week under general and now my whole arm feels bruised and painful ...but i can't see any bruise. is this normal?

Position during: The position of your arm during surgery most likely is the cause. Need to let your surgeon know about it. Sometimes the position of your though convienent for the anesthesiologist or surgeon is not acceptable if a longer procedure without proper padding.
