I had carpal tunnel surgery 8/21 & nerve release surgery but my arm where they made the incision for the nerve release is swollen and brusied. ?

Healing need time: Most surgical procedures on your hand need time to heal. The recovery is often 1-4 weeks long after carpal tunnel surgery, but individual healing can vary a lot. Talk to your surgeon and make sure that there is no other reason for the slow healing like an infection...

Swelling: Swelling in the palm may persist for a few months to a minor extent . The palm may feel "full" and the natural "v" in the palm may n ot be evident. Still despite this puffiness and occasional sensitive area, most can work and do things fully just need to be careful about very sharp focused pressure on one or two spots.

Give it time: The bruising and swelling will resolve with time. This is common.
