I had a myomectomy through laparoscopy last Tuesday. I am recovering well but wanted to know when I could start doing some exercise, what exercises are the best and what to avoid. Had a check up with my doctor but I forgot to ask.
My lap-myomectomy was on 3 weeks back.(sumucous fibroid).I was bleed 6-7 days.Now my period came 10 days late.Is it normal? It was regular before myo.
