Wait & see or remove: Molluscum tend to occur in clusters and many will shed them in 4-6mo. For those that persist you have several choices. A dermatologist can curette (cut), freeze or apply caustic material to each to remove them. All such procedures will scar to some degree. You could also give it more time & see if they self destruct.

Ask yourself...: ....Who they are bothering, him or you? If they are not bothering him and they are in an inconspicuous spot, leave them alone. Molluscum is caused by a virus and it will go away eventually. If they itch, hurt, are becoming superinfected, or are in a cosmetically undesirable location (like the face), then see a dermatologist and have them removed (keep in mind, won't cure it, might come back).
