More clomiphene : It sounds as if you have not adequately responded to the dose of Clomiphene you are on. Once your doctor has determined you have failed that dose, they will increase it to 150 mg, and if still unsuccessful after that either increase further or go onto other medications.

Injections : Maybe injections. Talk to your fertility doctor. Sometimes you can combine the Clomid (clomiphene) w the injections and that will help the immature follicle to mature.
