Probably not: The Clomid (clomiphene) will not affect your weight. Some women lose weight when taking metformin - not so much for pcos but when taking it for treatment of diabetes (which is common in women with pcos.

No and yes: Metformin may cause weight loss. Clomid (clomiphene) will not and may even cause weight gain.
