Period last 1st day 12 oct. pregnancy blood test negative. have been always very regular. can still i maybe pregnant?or reasons for late periods?

Maybe: Hcg tests are very accurate but not 100%. Irregular periods can be caused by many things. Egs: too much exercising (too much testosterone). Stress (cortisol), anemia, medications, infection or a combo of all these. Suggest repeating blood test, ultrasound and vag exam.
