She is too young: for any cold/cough medication. You can use saline drops for her nose and suction with the nasal aspirator you may have gotten when she was born. You should have her examined by her doctor to make sure her chest is clear and to check her ears. Make sure she is drinking enough fluids to have wet diapers.
