Eye dominance: Lasik will not affect your eye dominance although eye dominance can switch in some individuals. You can either continue what you are doing or try switching to using your right eye for sighting and see how it goes.

Sure: Lasik corrects both eyes independent of dominance.

No: Dominance is a brain-eye issue. It is not affected by lasik.
