Depends: Some retinal holes require sealing (i.e. With laser) and some do not. It depends on your circumstances. You will certainly be at higher risk of developing a retinal issue after lasik surgery so you and your ophthalmologist will have to weigh the risks and benefits.

LASIK: If there are some holes, they may need to repair them with laser photocoagulation before considering lasik surgery-- some doctors would caution against lasik due to a small risk of retinal detachment.
