Suspicious of something, so my mom should do a breast biopsy. what to do if its cancer?

Wait for the answer: You need to see what the doctor says before you start worrying about the "what ifs". There are too many variables to go through all the possibilities, so first get the information and then try to figure out what needs to be done.

D/w MD: For now, i recommend you to wait for the biopsy result. No need for unnecessary worries for the " what ifs" at this time. If that is confirmed to be a cancer- the first thing to do is to get the staging and more info regarding the cancer- then discuss treatment options , prognosis etc with the oncology team ( oncologist/breast surgeon/radiation onc). Just be there for her and be supportive.
