Not usually: Yeast infections usually do not cause back pain - except in the case of people who get a fungal infection from a contaminated back injection. Look up in the recent news about steroid injections contaminated with mold.

Yes: Candida osteomyelitis and diskitis are very rear but do happen. When it happen it is very painful and cause a lot of trouble.
