No: Unlikely and would be unusual. The protection from the sun far outweighs any potential risk, and there are none that we know of.

None known: There is no evidence at present that sunscreen use can increase skin cancer risk. As a "possibility", there is always a chance that some new chemical could cause skin cancers due to toxicity many years after use, although this would be surprising.
