Yes, use sunscreen!: Be gentle with your skin by tanning lightly, avoid tanning beds, and use sunscreen! you dont want to end up like george hamilton!

Yes: Most of the skin cancers we see are due to sun exposure. Minimize your unprotected exposure to the sun and ultraviolet light.
