If i have achilles tendonitis, can i still wear high heels?

Yes, if comfortable: High heel will actually relax tension on achilles tendons which will reduce pain, but if done for a prolonged period of time will cause tendon to adapt and shorten making wearing flat shoes more difficult.

Achilles tendonitis : Achilles' tendonitis is an over stretching of the tendon. Yes you can still wear heels but it's important that you seek out medical advice. The reason you should seek about medical advice is to make sure you do not have a tear in the tendon that may rupture. I would recommend seeing a podiatrist or orthopedic surgeon who can make you orthotics to help with the pain and help with healing.
