If you can take them: You can try over the counter nsaids. I would recommend seeing your physician for other treatment options, such as local injections, bracing, oral meds, or exercise protocols. If the tendonitis is continuous with plantar fasciitis, try freezing a golf ball and placing it on the ground while sitting and massaging the bottom of your foot. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Several: It may depend on what caused the pain to begin with. Normally stretching and physical therapy with some anti-inflammatory medicine works well, but you may need immobilization with a heel lift to remove pressure from the tendon.
