Hi i am getting severe pain in my upper nose (bone area) for few seconds. also, the bone at the back of ear gets pain for few seconds. ?

Probably nerve pain: Sinusitis would cause a dull persistent discomfort. A stabbing pain that lasts for a few seconds at a time and then is gone is probably caused by nerves or possibly muscle spasm in that area. See a doctor if it persists but it is probably benign.
