Allergy drops: Try an over the counter allergy drop like ketotifen. If this doesn't work, or if your eyes get increasingly worse, see an ophthalmologist.

Itching: Itching, like pain, can be a warning that something is awry. Often, it is a consequence of severe dry eye syndrome, allergies, blepharitis, or a combination of these factors. Cleaning the lashes helps and a compress soothes the inflammation. Artificial tears soothe the eyes.
