Forget it: Levothyroxine only helps if you have a deficient thyroid level, and you need to take the proper dose and take it daily. It takes 6 weeks to get into your system, so taking a pill occasionally is like spitting in the ocean. It can't help and may may thing worse, particularly if you don't need it.
