Only with science: Naturally, no, you cannot get a healthy pregnancy without releasing an egg from you ovary (ovulation). It is possible to get pregnant with an egg donor, or using your own frozen eggs or embryos without ovulating.

With treatment: If you do not ovulate at all, not without treatment. With medication and monitoring most anovulatory women can conceive. Most women with infrequent ovulation (oligo-ovulation) can also conceive.
