I had a medical abortion and my first period came 6 weeks later... but there is no sign of the second period...is it going to be as late as the first?

Possibly: Thank you for the question. First, take a pregnancy test to make sure your hormone levels have trended back to zero. I would give your body up to three cycles to see what is going on, as long as you had regular cycles prior to this pregnancy. Lastly, if there is any evidence of infection- fever, pain, abnormal discharge/smell f/u with an obgyn.
