Several Ways: Actually you can have multiple pregnancies naturally. Twins can happen 1-2% of all pregnancies and triplet or more pregnancies do happen naturally. Fertility pills and shots and various treatments can increase your chances as well.

Fertility meds: - use Clomiphene citrate with IUI - 8% chance of twins and 1% chance of triplets if pregnant - use gonadotropins with IUI - ~20% risk of twins and up to 5% risk of triplets if pregnant - ivf - ~25-30% twins and up to 5% risk of triplets but may vary depending on age of woman and number of embryos transferred.
