Yes: Ultrasound is more sensitive in identifying gallbladder problems therefore it will show more than a ct.

Yes: As dr. Macaron pointed out, ultrasounds are more sensitive than cts for finding gallstones. Also, pelvic ultrasounds (especially when done transvaginally) are more sensitive than cts for looking at the uterus and ovaries.
