When having a pelvic exam and iwet prep is the doc testing me for everything you usually would or can he possibly only be testing for only few things?

Depends: It depends on the primary reason for the visit. If you had vaginal infection symptoms, the doctor should also be checking for sexually transmitted infections. If you came just for your annual exam, may not do other testing.
