Many: Dental procedures include, examination and diagnosis of oral disease, prophylaxis/ cleanings, treatment for periodontal disease, root canal treatment. Extraction of teeth, filling of carous teeth, cosmetics/bonding/veneers. Replacements of missing teeth with implants and bridges. Correction of birth defects and repair of trauma and many many more.

There are many.: In dentistry we deal with soft tissue and teeth/bone. So most treatment and surgical procedures fall into one of those two categories.
