Employer: Orthodontic insurance is usually a part of a comprehensive insurance plan. If you try ot purchase a plan, they will see you coming......You would best ot just pay out of pocket, choose an orthodontist of your choosing as opposed to being directed to a preferred provider who is being asked to provide treatment at reduced rate.

See an Orthodontist: Many orthodontic offices will help you find orthodontic insurance, or at least they will be able to tell you the good plans from the not so good plans. Paying out of pocket may be cheaper for you in the long run than paying the additional to add orthodontics to your dental insurance.
