A member asked:

What does "wo 49mm" mean on an orthodontic consult note? it is the last thing on a list of diagnoses and is a stand alone statement?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You will have to ask that Orthodontist why he/she uses WO to mean. It could signify a wide-open upper to lower incisor measurement, the first initials of 2 skeletal landmarks, or whatever is meaningful to that Orthodontist. The office wold be happy to "translate for you."
