7-10 days: In general, most normal foods are O.K. after 7-10 days. You will feel better, have more strength, and heal faster if you continue to eat balanced diet.

It May Depend: How soon you can eat "normal" foods following wisdom teeth removal may depend on how many teeth were removed as well as the location of the teeth (one side of the jaw or both sides). Another possible consideration would be what your consider to be normal foods as we are in a society where diets vary from person to person.
