Variety of choices: Depending on the extent, depth and skin type a variety of options ranging from skin care with exfoliation to chemical peels such as glycolic acid to laser resurfacing potentially combined with skin bleaching agents using varying concentrations of steroids, retin-a, hydroquinone, kojic acid, and other ingredients. Of course, one must first be sure these are not melanoma. So see a dermatologist 1st.
