See a skin doctor: Sunspots are due to sun exposure/damage. There are many options which need to be tailored based on your skin type, color, and area of the face involved. Chemical peels and lasers are good options and can be used alone or combined with topical whitening agents and exfoliants like retinoic acid. You should see a skin specialist to review your options.

Sun protection: Sun spots are typically exacerbated by sun exposure, hormones and stress and are more common in medium or darkly pigmented skin. Wear sun screen, hat and sunglasses to limit your sun exposure. See your dermatologist to discuss other treatment options such as topical hydroquinones, kojic, glycolic, retinoic or azelaic acids as well as laser therapy options. Stay out of the sun or it will come back.
