NO, NO, NO: The er is the very last place you want to go. There are bright lights, lots of commotion and noise, and delays, and high fees. All of which may make your migraine far worse. Contact your doctor, get some abortive med such as a triptan, and consider a preventative approach. Many doctors in la specialize in headaches. Get an appointment.
