I have felt ill all day. my blood pressure is low and my temperature is 93.6. ive been sick to my stomach and ive had a severe headache (migraine). everyday for the past week. should i go to the er?

I would suppose one or more of your self monitoring tools is in error, especially the temperature as this is low enough, I doubt that you would be alert enough to post on this site. If your symptoms are interfering with your activities get evaluated.
