Can i short leg cast help with lupus arthritis?

Not really.: First, lupus does not cause disabling arthritis. Two problems may co-exist, and sle patients can have arthralgias and occasional arthritis. But not to the extent needing a leg-cast. I've never given one, or no of another rheumatologist doing this!
