The question is: Do you have pain? If you are asking for yourself, it states you are 43, so why all of a sudden would met addicts be painful in a 43 year old? What is bothering you? If it is for a child, then take the child to a podiatrist depending on the age, the foot could be casted, or orthotics or bracing dispensed, and lastly surgery is available.
