Need C ortho: At 6 yrs surgery may b needed. C a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. Best rx @ 6 mos or earlier with nite braces.

No: I would not suggest any intervention for painless metatarsus adductus if they are asymptomatic. Comfortable shoewear is the answer. Surgery cannot make a painless "deformity" any better and in fact may make it become painful.
