Contact drops ok: I'm not sure what you mean by eye "mo" drops. The best drops for use while wearing contacts are contact lens rewetting drops. Lubricating tears in a bottle, that are not for contacts, may start to coat your lenses. Sometimes preservative free drops, in single-use tubes, are ok with contacts as well.

Yes: You can use artificial tears with your contact lenses in. If you have to use prescription topical eye meds, then you need to take them out for 5-10 minutes when you apply the drops.
