Theraband exercise: When rehabilitating shoulder injuries theraband exercises are helpful in restoring strength and motion to the shoulder. If the shoulder is very stiff then pulley exercises with commercially available pulleys is also helpful.

Varies: The type of exercises that are beneficial for your type of injury is hard to determine without an evaluation of your mobility, strength and biomechanics. We would suggest having an evaluation by a physical therapist so they can determine what exercises are appropriate for your shoulder.
