My bp can fluctuate quite a bit usually from 110/60 to 150/80 with average being 120/70. is this normal? big spikes to 180/80 or 190/90 at dr. office.

Maybe . . .: Blood pressure does vary thruout day when using same device. I suspect that you're comparing your BP taken w/your personal machine to numbers achieved in your doctor's office taken w/his or her equipment. What's more important is calibration of your machine to your doctor's. Do this by bringing your device to the office and checking your BP with it immediately after staff checks w/their equipment.
