What programs are best to stop smoking?

Quit smoking: There is not "best program' written for everybody. It varies in different people and in their stage of health and age. A good strategy is to know the risks of smoking, then set a date to quit. You might get help from family or friends, if another smoker, ask them not to smoke around you. On quit day you might use nicotine patch or gum, or get prescription for medications such as zyban (bupropion) or chantix.
