May need surgery!: Simply draining (even by a doctor), squeezing, or treating with antibiotics may not eliminate this infected sebaceous cyst. The cyst sac that produces sebum must be surgically excised to prevent its recurrence. If not, infection may actually end up destroying enough tissue that once healed it won't recur, but this is backwards "treatment." have a surgeon look at this and deal with it definitively!
