Hi i had testical torsion surgery 5 weeks ago, but my left testicle has something very hard and staight attached to it 3-4cm? and right one hurts?

Need More Info: You did not say which side had the torsion, but assuming the left side was twisted, the mass you are feeling may be scar tissue forming when the testicle was tied down to kepp if from twisting. Pain in the other testicle could be from a number of sources, from infection, spasm, to irregularities.
