Can i take vitamin c to reduce spotting with lybrel?

Possibly: Lybrel is combo of estrogen & progesterone. If spotting occurs early or midcycle, pill may not have enough estrogen; if occurs later, pill may not have enough progesterone. Discuss with gyn. Vitamin c & other vitamins/minerals may be helpful in heavy bleeding (k, a, b, & d & iron) . Believed that vitamin c strengthens fragile blood vessels to prevent heavy bleeding.
