Sure...: You can go back to work just like having general dental work done. The only real hard part would be if you need to speak...And you are numb it may be a little difficult or if you need to eat that might be a little hard to do also. But yes, by all means you can indeed go back to work a huge majority of the time. Most all endodontists are very good at what they do and make it a good experience.

Yes: Why not? You will be numb for a few hours during which you cannot have any pain, so go to work! earn the money to pay for the root canal. In new york we have connections/plans to save money on such procedures.
