See below: You can try to use some silicone padding but this will add bulk and my create more pressure. It would be best to see a podiatrist and have the ingrown removed.

See below: In grown toe nail maybe an indication of an infection and should be evaluated and treated by a podiatrist . You should not neglect it and try to mask the symptoms. That could lead to a more serious problem especially if you are a diabetic.
